I can feel the thorn in your side
LeAnn is new to the backwoods of Louisiana, mainly Bon Temps. Originally from the hardcore religious community of Greenville, South Carolina, she grew up in the views of the right path, although adopted after she was born, she maintained what to her was that right viewing until 2006 when vampires came out of the coffin. Her eyes and mind were opened. Although vampires were limited in the upstate, LeAnn went against her family's godly views and befriended a vampire named Bridget. Through her friendship she realized that not all vampires are bad and they deserve the same right, but she knew that deep now they were still humans like she was. So she showed her full support. Shortly before departing Greenville, she saw on CNN the killing of a TBBN news anchor by the vampire Russell. Recently she came out to her family on her views about vampires and that she supported those of the good side. Her father forced her out of the house, basically disowning her, she lived in East Point, GA for a few months before she made her way to Bon Temps to start a new life. She knows of the danger that the town has had, but she knows not to do anything stupid.

LeAnn is generally great with making friends. At first, she can be somewhat judgmental, but it is do that some people these days are not loyal to the truth. They could make her believe in their words, that screw up the friendship, so she is very picky on opening the friendship door. Of course she is not shy and she talks to everyone including vampires. She respects all races and once a friend to her she will go above and beyond to remain a true and loyal friend.

For Enemies, LeAnn has quite a few back in her home state. Most of them religious people who now view her as a sin of the devil, but she followed her heart onto the right path and to find out that vampires were just the same as they were, just different. LeAnn can become quite a defense and rebellious girl, if her buttons are pushed, she would defend herself and her friends to the end need be. She knows how to kill a vampire or injure it if need be, like Russell Edington, who she wants to kill himself even though he is more powerful then herself. She doesn't approve of the FOTS and considers them the worms of the dirt outside.

In this section of her life, it hasn't been so great. Throughout her elementary (christian school) and middle school years, she developed a few crushes on a few guys, but mainly celebrities. Once she got into high school. She was dealt with many guys that would use her gullible weakness to make her think that she had a date with them or believe that she was inlove. When the truth came out LeAnn was pretty devastated, but realized that most boys were just jerks that used a good student's personality, like hers, to their enjoyment. LeAnn knows that one day the right guy would find her, whether it's a human, vampire, or whatever, so she isn't worried about it and keeps on being herself.

For Others, she held a close bond with her family up until vampires became public which separated her views from her family's and caused her father to kick her out recently. She doesn't hold no disrespect for the family that adopted her. She is also a vivid animal lover, she used to pet sit as a second job when her waitress job wasn't enough. LeAnn was given a collie puppy, who she called Lassie, by an elderly woman, who treated her like her own grand kid. She loves her collie like nothing else, her dog is the only thing that she trumpery loves at the moment since there is no man in her life at the present time.
